Initial Session £45 This is a 1 hour session where we can discuss your requirements and introduce some relaxation hypnosis
Follow up sessions £65 The second session will be with a personalised plan based on your requirements. This session is 1 hour long
Stop Smoking £165 This is for an initial session of 90 minutes and a follow up session of 1hour, 3 days later
You will receive a personalised recording, on a memory stick, which you can use in the future. The more you listen to the personalised recording the stronger it will become.
